Rehab centers in Gainesville

Ten programs sit on the Gainesville page: Malcolm Randall VAMC - SATT Gainesville, UF Health Psychiatric Hospital, UF Health Shands - Florida Recovery Center, Metro Treatment of Florida LP - DBA New Season Treatment Center 29, and six more. Read the Gainesville notes and the program table.

What rehab Florida covers

DCF writes the array as assessment, counseling, case management, and support in residential and non-residential settings. Those programs are for people and families who have already lost control of the substance on their own and need a structured intervention. Chapter 397 and Rule 65D-30 are the license stack. A house that cannot point to one of those components is selling a mood, not a DCF file.

New Hope CORPS in Homestead lists substance use treatment, a halfway house or sober home, and treatment for co-occurring serious mental illness in adults. Settings on that house run from regular outpatient and intensive outpatient through outpatient methadone, buprenorphine, or naltrexone treatment, then short-term and long-term residential. Learning to Achieve Wellness in Brandon treats substance use and mental health as an outpatient mental health facility, prints a sliding fee, and lists CBT, DBT, EMDR, group therapy, and couples or family therapy. Centerstone in Bradenton treats substance use in regular outpatient and does not use medication-assisted treatment for alcohol use disorder.

Inlet keeps the 276 rows in their city fields. A Leesburg hospital does not sneak onto the Jacksonville table. Open the topic page for the setting, then the city page for the street.

Detox before a rehab stay

LifeStream Behavioral Center - Addiction Receiving Faciliy in Leesburg lists alcohol, benzodiazepine, cocaine, methamphetamine, and opioid detoxification, with medication used during it. Care there is substance use treatment plus detoxification. The only setting is 24-hour hospital inpatient. CARF, the DEA, the state mental health department, and the state department of health sit on that license. Payment assistance and a sliding fee are printed. Sign language is listed.

Advent Health - Deland lists alcohol detoxification. David Lawrence Center in Naples lists alcohol and benzodiazepine detox, then keeps short-term residential and intensive outpatient on the same campus. Blackberry Center - Behavioral Hospital lists alcohol, benzodiazepine, methamphetamine, and opioid detoxification, with hospital inpatient detox and hospital inpatient treatment on one license. Charlotte Behavioral Healthcare Inc in Punta Gorda holds hospital inpatient detox, outpatient detox, and residential detox together, with the same five-substance withdrawal row and medication used during it.

Chemical Addictions Recovery Effort - Primary Care Detoxification in Panama City is a 24-hour residential detox whose care type is detoxification. DCF writes that detoxification uses medical and clinical procedures as the person withdraws, and that it may happen in a residential or outpatient setting. Rehab, if it happens, starts after. A city page with no detoxification line is the wrong door for acute withdrawal.

Outpatient chairs, OTP, and residential beds

Groups Recover Together in Bradenton is the outpatient house: regular outpatient and outpatient methadone, buprenorphine, or naltrexone treatment. It writes buprenorphine maintenance and prescribes buprenorphine. Approaches include brief intervention, CBT, contingency management, motivational interviewing, Matrix Model, relapse prevention, substance use counseling, and trauma-related counseling. Metro Treatment of Florida LP - New Season Treatment Center 25 adds intensive outpatient on the same OTP stack, with methadone maintenance and a supervised withdrawal after stabilization.

Metro Treatment of Florida LP - New Season Treatment Center 9 in Naples is a federally certified OTP. Central Florida Treatment Center - Palm Bay OP MAT writes methadone maintenance and buprenorphine maintenance together, administers alcohol medication, and accepts a prescription written elsewhere. The State Methadone Office sits with DCF Substance Abuse and Mental Health, 2415 North Monroe Street, Suite 400, Tallahassee, (850) 717-4653.

Phoenix House Florida Residential Ctr in Citra keeps a 24-hour long-term residential bed and treats substance use plus co-occurring serious mental illness in adults. Opioid tools there are naltrexone, relapse prevention with naltrexone, and lofexidine or clonidine detoxification. Harmony Hills Behavioral Health in Altoona is an adult residential treatment center with day treatment on the same license. Guest House Ocala in Silver Springs and Promises Five Palms are the other adult RTC doors that treat substance use and mental health overnight.

How payment works

Centerstone prints payment assistance and a sliding fee based on income and other factors. Flagler Open Arms Recovery Services in Bunnell prints the same pair, then federal funding for substance use programs and a line that says no payment accepted. Apalachee Center Inc - Franklin County Clinic in Apalachicola prints the sliding fee on a community mental health center card. Life Management Center - NW Florida Inc in Bonifay prints payment assistance and a sliding fee on an outpatient mental-health license.

New Hope CORPS lists Medicaid, private insurance, cash, a state-financed plan other than Medicaid, federal funding, and a SAMHSA block grant. Community Health of South Florida Inc - West Kendall Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center with The Joint Commission and a sliding fee. DISC Village Inc - Sisters in Sobriety is the other FQHC with CARF and a sliding fee on a women's residential license. Miami VA Healthcare System - Homestead CBOC prints federal funding and no payment accepted. That is the veteran file, not a free walk-in for everyone.

Florida has not expanded Medicaid to every adult. A cash quote and a Medicaid IOP can sit on the same street. Inlet does not invent a statewide nightly rate. Confirm the card with the house.

Crisis walk-in and the Marchman Act

Coral Shores Behavioral Health in Stuart prints walk-in and onsite psychiatric emergency on a psychiatric-hospital card, with hospital inpatient and day treatment. Care there is substance use treatment, mental health treatment, and treatment for co-occurring serious mental illness in adults. Ages run from children through seniors. SMA Crisis - Daytona lists a crisis intervention team, onsite psychiatric emergency, and walk-in psychiatric emergency, with hospital inpatient and day treatment. A sliding fee is printed.

Apalachee Center Inc - Franklin County Clinic lists a crisis team, onsite emergency, mobile off-site emergency, and walk-in emergency. New Horizons of the Treasure Coast in Fort Pierce is an outpatient mental-health house with the same four emergency lines. Lifestream Behavioral Center - Citrus Access Center in Beverly Hills is a psychiatric hospital with a crisis team and walk-in emergency, plus payment help and an income-based sliding fee. Learning to Achieve Wellness in Brandon lists court-ordered outpatient treatment on the ancillary line.

People who pose a significant risk to themselves or others because of substance abuse impairment can be referred for involuntary assessment and stabilization through the Marchman Act, Chapter 397. That is not the Baker Act, which is mental-health. Inlet does not file those petitions. Immediate danger is 911. A mental-health or substance crisis line in the United States is 988. The Florida Abuse Hotline is 1-800-962-2873.

Adults, women, and co-occurring care

DISC Village Inc - Sisters in Sobriety in Tallahassee lists young adults, adult women, pregnant and postpartum women, seniors, veterans, military families, forensic clients other than DUI, and clients with co-occurring mental and substance use disorders. Setting is 24-hour and long-term residential. The house is a Federally Qualified Health Center with a sliding fee. Testing there includes oral-fluid and urine screens, HIV, STD, and TB.

Harmony Hills Behavioral Health prints young adults, adults, and seniors on an adult RTC license, then veterans, military families, forensic clients, trauma, PTSD, and people 18 and older with serious mental illness. Face to Face Mental Health Servs LLC in Miami treats substance use plus adult serious mental illness and child serious emotional disturbance, accepts medication-assisted treatment written somewhere else, and prints a sliding fee. Lifestream Behavioral Center - Citrus Access Center treats substance use, mental health, and adult serious mental illness on a psychiatric-hospital door.

Bell Eve Treatment Center is an outpatient mental health facility that lists chlorpromazine, haloperidol, aripiprazole, cariprazine, olanzapine, paliperidone, and a sliding fee. Youth Recovery Care Center - YRCC at LifeStream in Clermont is the contrast: a residential treatment center for children, not an adult wing. Ask the age band out loud. The AGE field on the card lags the hallway.

Aftercare once the week ends

Groups Recover Together prints aftercare, discharge planning, naloxone and overdose education, and outcome follow-up after discharge. Housing, social-service help, a recovery coach, and a peer sit on that recovery-support line. Phoenix House Florida Residential Ctr prints the same discharge and naloxone pair, then adds self-help groups and employment counseling. Ancillary lines there include case management, mental-health services, social-skills work, transportation, integrated primary care, and suicide-prevention services.

Flagler Open Arms Recovery Services lists 12-step facilitation, a recovery coach, and a sliding fee, and accepts medication-assisted treatment prescribed elsewhere. Treatment Solutions of South Florida in Pompano Beach prints aftercare, discharge planning, naloxone education, and a follow-up, then self-help groups, housing, a recovery coach, and a peer. St Johns Recovery Place in Crescent City prints the Joint Commission with the state substance-use, mental-health, and health departments on the same aftercare card.

DCF recovery support, during and after treatment, names transitional housing, life-skills training, parenting skills, and peer-based individual and group counseling. 5 Oaks Community in Ormond Beach lists mentoring or peer support. A 28-day bed with no IOP date is a short chapter. Ask who writes the next week before the last group.

Finding rehab Florida by city

Gainesville holds ten rows, including Malcolm Randall VAMC - SATT Gainesville, UF Health Psychiatric Hospital, UF Health Shands Florida Recovery Center, and New Season Treatment Center 29. Saint Augustine holds nine. Tallahassee and Pensacola hold eight each. New Port Richey and Homestead hold seven. Sarasota, Leesburg, Melbourne, Vero Beach, and Panama City hold six. Miami holds four. Tampa and Orlando are thin on this extract, one row each.

A city page with no detoxification line is not the door for acute withdrawal. New Season 29 on the Gainesville table does not treat alcohol use disorder. Read the AUT line before you pack. Spanish and sign language sit on Tri County Human Services Inc - Highlands Outpatient Clinic, on Phoenix House, and on West Kendall. DeSoto Psychiatric Services - Selby House in Arcadia prints a sliding fee and treats adult serious mental illness and child serious emotional disturbance.

DCF contracts through regional Managing Entities under section 394.9082, Florida Statutes. Those offices do not treat anyone. They steer money to the houses in that region. Open a city file, then a topic page for the setting. The streets stay on their own city pages.
